About this role
Krystal Digital Network Solutions—a leading Nigerian ICT and software development enterprise known for flagships like Myskool Portal, iLearnNG, and Central Billing System—is recruiting Project Zonal Coordinators (6 positions available) for a 6-month contract engagement based in Lagos State (Hybrid execution model). This project management and field operational leadership role acts as the primary regional coordinator overseeing Field Agents and Data Officers within assigned geopolitical zones. The position focuses on supervising multi-site digital data collection, auditing field data quality in MS Excel, tracking operational milestones, and escalating technical/logistical bottlenecks to the Project Lead.
Key Responsibilities

Field Team Supervision & Operational Tracking: Supervise and coordinate weekly field schedules for Field Agents and Data Officers across assigned geopolitical zones, tracking milestone progress against deadlines.

Data Quality Assurance & Validation: Review submitted field data to identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent records; track corrections and maintain real-time field activity trackers.

Reporting & Escalation: Conduct weekly zonal status meetings, generate weekly data-quality and project progress reports for the Project Lead, and promptly escalate emerging operational or technical risks.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with partner institutions, schools, and government agencies within assigned zones to ensure smooth field deployment and data collection compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications

Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Project Management, Business Administration, Data Management, Statistics, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Technical & Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically MS Excel data auditing/trackers) and working experience with digital data collection tools and project trackers.

Experience Baseline: 1–3 years of proven experience supervising field teams, managing multi-location data operations, or coordinating technology-enabled institutional projects.

Core Competencies: Team leadership, data quality control, stakeholder management, problem escalation, written reporting, and field mobility.
