Job Description

• Lead sales, engineering, and production operations to achieve corporate revenue and market share targets.

• Identify new business opportunities, expand client partnerships, and provide technical guidance on printing and production capabilities.

• Optimize operational processes to boost productivity, improve quality standards, and manage operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute sales strategies to expand market share and accelerate revenue growth.

• Supervise daily operations across Sales, Engineering, and Production divisions.

• Maintain strategic client relationships and drive business development in key target markets.

• Streamline production workflows, improve delivery quality, and manage operational expenditures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science-related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Printing, or Light Packaging.

• Proven track record in print/packaging sales, account management, and client retention.

• Technical knowledge of printing, engineering, and manufacturing production workflows.

• Must currently be employed in a reputable manufacturing, printing, or light packaging enterprise.

• Minimum age: 40 years.

Preferred Qualifications & Attributes

• MBA degree.
