Job Description

Lead talent architecture, total rewards strategy, and workforce performance frameworks across FMCG manufacturing operations.

Design competitive compensation structures, sales incentive plans (SIP), executive benefits, and job grading systems.

Partner with commercial, supply chain, and manufacturing leaders to align HR initiatives directly with core business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee talent acquisition strategies, succession planning, and strategic workforce capacity building.

Design and manage total rewards frameworks, compensation structures, sales incentive plans, and job grading.

Drive performance management through structured KPI frameworks, balanced scorecards, and appraisal systems.

Provide strategic HR business partnering to operational, supply chain, and commercial business leaders.
Requirements
-
First degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior HRBP or Compensation & Benefits role within FMCG/Manufacturing.

Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) is required.

Expertise in workforce analytics, total rewards design, and performance management frameworks.
