Job Description

• Partner with line managers and business leaders to deliver effective HR support, talent strategies, and workforce solutions across assigned business units.

• Oversee full employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, employee relations, and policy execution.

• Track HR metrics, monitor workforce trends, ensure statutory labor law compliance, and provide operational insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR support to line managers on workforce planning, recruitment, employee deployment, and policy guidance.

• Coordinate performance management frameworks, employee appraisal cycles, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and workplace grievances in compliance with company policies and labor laws.

• Analyze workforce metrics such as turnover, headcount, and absenteeism to generate data-driven insights for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or fast-paced environments.

• Practical knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications & Attributes

• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent).
