About this role
mDoc—a digital health venture leveraging behavioral science, technology, and quality improvement frameworks to support chronic disease management across sub-Saharan Africa—is recruiting a Manager, Growth and Partnerships for its corporate operations in Lagos State. Reporting to the Executive Leadership and working alongside product, clinical, and tech units, this commercial role drives B2B healthcare partnerships, consumer acquisition, go-to-market strategies, revenue pipeline generation, and health-tech grant proposals.
Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development & Expansion: Design and execute go-to-market strategies to secure B2B, B2B2C, and institutional healthcare partnerships with HMOs, hospital networks, corporates, and public health entities.

Commercial Growth & Pipeline Management: Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, driving end-user acquisition and sustainable recurring revenue for mDoc's digital platforms.

Grant & Proposal Writing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify funding opportunities, write competitive grant proposals, and secure health innovation funding.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Reporting: Partner with product, tech, and clinical service teams to refine value propositions, conduct regular business reviews, and track growth metrics.

Academic Background: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), Health Economics, or related fields preferred.

Sector Expertise: Strong exposure to the African digital health, health-tech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare ecosystem.

Core Competencies: B2B sales negotiation, partnership architecture, grant proposal writing, quantitative market analysis, startup agility, and strategic go-to-market execution.
