About this role
BlueChip Technologies—a leading enterprise business application, data warehousing, and business intelligence solutions firm in Africa—is recruiting a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director for its corporate headquarters in Lagos State. Reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD), this early-career executive support role manages C-suite scheduling, executive correspondence, local/international travel logistics, meeting minutes tracking, research briefs, and administrative governance within a fast-paced technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Executive Calendar & Travel Operations: Oversee the Managing Director's daily schedule, coordinate local and international travel logistics, arrange itineraries, and manage executive engagements.

Meeting Documentation & Task Tracking: Attend board and client meetings, record action-oriented minutes, build task follow-up trackers, and ensure deliverable execution across departments.

Stakeholder Communications & Briefs: Draft corporate correspondence, compile briefing notes, prepare executive presentation decks, and filter priority communications as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders.

Confidentiality & Office Governance: Maintain executive document filing systems, preserve strict C-suite confidentiality, track special initiatives, and anticipate daily administrative requirements.

Academic Credentials: Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc./B.A.) in Business, Mass Communication, English, or Social Sciences.

Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital calendar management tools.

Operational Capabilities: 2–3 years in executive support, report drafting, stakeholder management, minute-taking, and research collation.

Core Competencies: High emotional intelligence, discretion, time management, adaptability to dynamic C-suite schedules, and willingness to travel.
