Senior Human Resource Executive

Structured Resource Business Limited—an international business advisory, market-entry solution, and trade consultancy firm—is recruiting a Senior Human Resource Executive for its regional corporate office in Ikoyi, Lagos State. Reporting to the HR & Admin Manager, this strategic HR business partner role oversees end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, Odoo HRIS data governance, performance appraisal cycles (KPIs/OKRs), employee engagement, payroll/benefits administration, and Nigerian Labour Law statutory compliance.

• Strategic HR Partnering & Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership on organizational design, headcount budgeting, succession planning, and attrition risk analysis.

• Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment, execute structured 30/60/90-day onboarding, conduct exit interviews, and oversee the probation confirmation process.

• HRIS & Data Governance: Own the Odoo HRIS ecosystem, manage automated workflows, maintain NDPR-compliant employee records, and track biometric leave/attendance analytics.

• Performance & Learning Development: Drive annual appraisal cycles, guide line managers on KPI/OKR setting, run capability gap assessments, and manage training budget tracks.

• Employee Relations & Total Rewards: Handle grievance investigations, maintain HMO/pension/welfare benefits, administer market salary benchmarking, and enforce labor law compliance.

• Experience & Mastery: Demonstrable experience in mid-to-senior HR roles covering talent acquisition, HRIS management (specifically Odoo ERP), performance management, and Nigerian employment laws.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in HR analytics dashboards, advanced MS Excel, organizational development, and compliance tracking.

• Core Competencies: Business partnering, change management, employee relations, analytical problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
