Internal Tech Support Lead

Verraki—a proudly African technology and management consulting firm—is recruiting an Internal Tech Support Lead for its corporate headquarters in Lagos State. This mid-to-senior internal IT leadership position oversees the firm’s end-to-end technology environment, managing software systems, internal network infrastructure, cybersecurity controls, IT asset inventories, vendor contracts, and internal technical support operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Network Management: Maintain corporate networks, hardware systems, servers, cloud/software applications, and internal communication platforms for high uptime.

• IT Security & Access Control: Enforce internal cybersecurity policies, data protection standards, user identity access management, and vulnerability patching protocols.

• Vendor & IT Asset Governance: Direct procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management for corporate IT hardware and software licensing, while evaluating third-party vendor performance.

• Internal Support & Software Projects: Lead internal helpdesk operations, resolve escalated technical issues for staff, and oversee internal software project implementations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Background: Degree (B.Sc. / HND) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, System Administration, or a related discipline.

• Experience Baseline: 5–7 years of demonstrated hands-on experience spanning enterprise network setup, hardware troubleshooting, systems administration, and software project delivery.

• Core Competencies: Internal IT infrastructure oversight, network administration, vendor contract management, system security, and technical support leadership.
