About this role
Leitung Gate Limited—a risk management and strategic growth advisory firm—is recruiting a Project Supervisor for its operations in Lagos State. Reporting to the Project Lead, this contract-based leadership role oversees day-to-day project execution, field team performance tracking, quality control, data reconciliation via Microsoft Excel, and milestone reporting across strategic client engagements.
Key Responsibilities

Field Supervision & Team Leadership: Lead, schedule, and supervise project execution teams, ensuring task allocation, attendance monitoring, and quality compliance.

Data Tracking & Excel Operations: Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel formulas and data management software to track project deliverables, field logs, and productivity metrics.

Quality Assurance & Issue Mitigation: Review daily field reports for accuracy, troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and escalate structural delays to executive management.

Reporting & Milestone Tracking: Draft and submit structured daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.

Academic Credentials: B.Sc. or B.Tech. in STEM or Business fields (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Math, Business Admin).

Technical Software Stack: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, pivot tables, formulas), project tracking platforms, and digital reporting tools.

Core Competencies: Team leadership, data analysis, problem-solving, report writing, and deadline management under pressure.
