Social Media Specialist / Graphics Designer

HOP Services—a Port Harcourt-based hospitality consulting, bespoke vocational training, and industrial cleaning solutions provider—is recruiting a Social Media Specialist / Graphics Designer for its multi-brand operations in Rivers State. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this hands-on, execution-heavy role merges graphic design, short-form video editing, Meta Ads performance management, AI-powered automation, and multi-brand digital marketing across HOP Academy, HOP Management, and HOP Cleaning Services.

• Multi-Brand Content Creation & Graphic Design: Design promotional flyers, campaign banners, and digital collateral while creating/editing short-form video reels for HOP's hospitality and cleaning business units.

• Paid Advertising & Meta Campaign Operations: Set up, test, and optimize Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) focused on lead generation, local audience targeting, and retargeting workflows.

• Community Management & Direct Channels: Oversee audience engagement across DMs, comments, and WhatsApp Business channels; maintain daily interaction schedules.

• AI Tool Integration & Weekly Analytics: Leverage AI tools for copy generation, graphic assets, and process automation; present weekly performance metrics on reach, follower growth, and conversion leads during team meetings.

• Academic Credentials: Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc. / B.A.) in Mass Communication, Digital Media, or Marketing.

• Design & Editing Stack: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Meta Business Suite, and AI content creation platforms.

• Sector Background: Experience working with multiple brands or prior exposure to hospitality, lifestyle, tourism, or service-based enterprises is a strong advantage.

• Core Competencies: Multitasking, graphic composition, video editing, ad testing, copyediting, and brand consistency.
