Sales Representative
About this role
C-Restructure Consulting is recruiting a Sales Representative on behalf of a wholesale and retail commercial client located at the Trade Fair Complex in Ojo / Badagry Expressway axis, Lagos State. Reporting to the Shop Manager, this role handles walk-in customer sales, floor inventory management, checkout transactions, product packaging, and customer service for high-volume commercial traders and retail buyers.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Upselling: Greet walk-in retail/wholesale buyers, answer product questions, make recommendations, and actively upsell merchandise.

Point-of-Sale & Financial Transactions: Process cash, POS, and transfer payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily register totals.

Inventory & Floor Management: Maintain shop cleanliness, display products, track shelf inventory, and notify management of stockouts.

Order Fulfillment & Logistics Support: Assist with customer order packaging, dispatch preparation, and phone/digital product queries.

Academic Credentials: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field.

Physical & Geographic Requirement: Must be able to commute daily to the Trade Fair Complex along the Ojo/Badagry axis.

Core Competencies: Cash handling, inventory recording, retail sales drive, verbal communication, and customer relations.
