Sales Officer

BrandCo Nigeria Limited is recruiting Sales Officers across retail locations in Abuja (FCT), Lagos, and Rivers State. This entry-level retail position focuses on shop floor sales conversion, customer service excellence, visual merchandising, and inventory monitoring, with comprehensive internal training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Shop Floor Sales & Engagement: Engage retail shoppers, present product lines, deliver customer service, and convert store traffic to achieve sales targets.

• Visual Merchandising: Maintain merchandise positioning, shelf displays, and store aesthetics in line with brand presentation standards.

• Market Data Gathering: Collect customer feedback, purchase trends, and foot-traffic demographic data to support market analysis.

• Inventory & Shrinkage Control: Monitor stock levels across product categories and assist in loss prevention.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication, customer persuasion, visual aesthetics, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Geographic Proximity: Candidates must reside within close proximity to their chosen store location.
