Aggregon Foods Nigeria Limited—a fast food services company offering continental and local dishes—is recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager for its quick-service outlet in Tanke, Ilorin, Kwara State. Reporting directly to the Outlet Manager, this operational leadership role supports floor supervision, kitchen quality assurance, shift scheduling, inventory control, sales reporting, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities

Floor & Shift Management: Assist the Outlet Manager in daily operations, oversee counter/kitchen staff, coordinate shift rotas, and step in during the Outlet Manager's absence.

Quality & Sanitation Control: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols across dining areas and commercial kitchens to maintain food presentation standards.

Customer Service & Sales Growth: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, coach floor teams, and drive sales performance through promotional upselling.

Inventory & Performance Reporting: Monitor stock usage, track daily expenses/sales metrics, and compile performance summaries for executive management.

Academic Credentials: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.

Location Filter: Permanent residence in Ilorin, Kwara State.

Core Competencies: Food safety/hygiene standards, shift scheduling, inventory tracking, team motivation, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
