Investment & Funds Mobilization Manager

A licensed financial services institution—operating across wealth management, fund placement, and corporate treasury—is recruiting an Investment & Funds Mobilization Manager through Amy HR & Executive Search for its Lagos office. Operating on a hybrid work schedule, this senior financial role drives corporate liquidity by sourcing funds from high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients, structuring treasury products, and expanding the firm's total Assets Under Management (AUM).

• Capital Sourcing & Liquidity Growth: Develop and execute fund mobilization strategies to raise capital from HNWIs, corporate organizations, family offices, and institutional investors.

• Investment Portfolio Management: Educate clients on fixed income instruments, high-yield placement products, commercial papers, and structured asset management vehicles.

• Investor Relations & Relationship Management: Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with corporate treasury heads, finance directors, and high-net-worth clients to maximize fund retention.

• Market Treasury Analysis: Collaborate with asset-liability committees (ALCO) to align fund mobilization targets with prevailing interest rate environments and yield curves.

• Academic Credentials: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting + 3–6 years in financial deposit mobilization / treasury.

• Certifications (Added Advantage): Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB), or SEC-sponsored individual registration.

• Software & Financial Toolstack: Core Banking Systems (CBS), treasury management platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), and MS Excel financial reporting software.

• Core Competencies: Fund placement, corporate treasury sales, investor relations, net asset value (NAV) presentation, financial market analysis, and commercial negotiation.
