About this role
Respected Solutions and Investment Limited—a licensed short-term lender, pawn shop, and luxury asset-backed financing firm—is recruiting an Operations Manager for its headquarters in Ajah, Lagos State. Reporting to Executive Management, this role oversees asset-backed loan operations, collateral vault security (luxury watches, jewelry, gold, vehicles), loan valuation workflows, risk compliance, customer onboarding, and branch productivity.
Key Responsibilities

Branch & Operational Workflows: Direct daily credit intake, customer appraisal scheduling, pawn documentation, and cash disbursement operations.

Collateral Risk & Vault Security: Oversee collateral intake protocols, valuation verification (gold, diamond, Swiss luxury watches, vehicle titles), and physical storage vault security.

Process Optimization & Compliance: Formulate operational policies, enforce regulatory compliance with Lagos State lending laws, and minimize operational risks.

Team Leadership & Reporting: Track staff KPIs, manage cross-departmental coordination, and prepare operational health and loan book reports for executive stakeholders.

Academic Credentials: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or Finance.

Sector Background: 4–6 years in credit/pawn operations or retail finance; experience in fintech or luxury asset lending is a distinct advantage.

Core Competencies: Process design, stakeholder management, collateral evaluation oversight, team leadership, analytical problem-solving, and risk mitigation.
