Lukefield Finance Limited—a CBN-licensed financial services enterprise specializing in alternative finance, credit facilities, and investment/savings products—is recruiting an Experienced Sales Professional for its corporate operations in Lagos State. Targeted at seasoned relationship managers with a proven track record of cold-client acquisition and portfolio expansion, this commercial role focuses on originating credit and investment business across SMEs, corporates, and HNWIs, selling Speed Loans, Invoice Discounting, LPO/Contract Finance, Trade Finance, Finance Leases, and Tenured Investment Borrowings.
Key Responsibilities

New Client Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and convert new SME, corporate, and HNWI accounts across Lagos commercial markets to build a fresh loan and deposit book.

Credit & Investment Product Sales: Structure customized client solutions across Speed Loans, Invoice Discounting, LPO Financing, Contract Finance, Trade Lines, Finance Leases, and SmartSavers tenured deposits.

Account Retention & Portfolio Growth: Upsell and cross-sell financial products to acquired clients to expand total wallet share beyond initial deals.

Pipeline Management & Target Scorecards: Maintain clear line-of-sight tracking on lead-to-close conversion cycles and consistently achieve monthly credit deployment and deposit targets.

Academic Credentials: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.

Track Record Evidence: Demonstrable metric-driven proof of meeting or exceeding revenue, lending, or deposit targets (actual numbers required during screening).

Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the business landscape across Lagos Mainland and Lagos Island commercial districts.

Core Competencies: Deal origination, credit structuring knowledge, negotiation, high self-direction, and network leverage.
