Business Development Manager

Radix Pension Managers Limited—a PenCom-licensed Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) operating across Nigeria—is recruiting a Business Development Manager for its corporate head office in Victoria Island, Lagos. Reporting to the Group Head of Business Development & Investments, this commercial leadership position focuses on client portfolio acquisition, fund mobilization across diverse investment instruments (including Commercial Papers, Bonds, Bond Funds, and Pension/Nominated Funds), market research, and high-net-worth client relationship management.

• Deposit Mobilization & Asset Growth: Drive market expansion and mobilize deposits across commercial papers, bonds, bond funds, nominated funds, and specialized pension investment portfolios.

• Client Portfolio Management: Advise institutional and high-net-worth clients on optimal investment strategies, lifestyle financial planning, and deliver regular portfolio performance presentations.

• Strategic Marketing & Campaigns: Oversee multi-channel advertising, promotional campaigns, brand awareness events, and stakeholder media engagement to enhance market presence.

• Market Analytics & Team Mentorship: Analyze financial trends and historical data to optimize revenue generation, lead investor pitches, and mentor junior relationship officers.

• Academic Baseline: B.Sc. or HND in Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration (Master's degree preferred).

• Industry Track Record: 5+ years of direct experience in commercial banking, corporate banking, or investment asset management with a track record of deposit mobilization.

• Analytical & Modeling Competence: Advanced quantitative capabilities with a strong grasp of MS Excel for building, monitoring, and updating complex financial and ROI models.

• Core Competencies: Executive pitch presentation, market strategy formulation, written communication, numerical analysis, and cross-functional team leadership.
