Finance Manager
About this role
Trinity Financial Services Limited—a CBN-licensed financial advisory, wealth management, and credit institution—is recruiting a Finance Manager for its corporate office in Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos. Reporting to the Board and Executive Management, this senior finance leadership role is responsible for capital planning, financial modeling, rolling forecasts, BankOne core application management, regulatory compliance, and overall financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Modeling: Build robust dynamic financial models, direct annual budgeting, execute monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts, and provide strategic business decision support.

Financial Reporting & Statements: Prepare accurate, board-ready financial statements in accordance with IFRS and CBN regulatory guidelines.

Liquidity & Treasury Management: Oversee corporate cash flow, manage investment portfolios, optimize capital deployment, and supervise credit risk controls.

Core Application & Systems Control: Manage internal accounting workflows using the BankOne application.

Leadership & Regulatory Oversight: Lead accounts payable/receivable and general ledger teams, establish internal controls, and handle CBN/FIRS compliance reporting.

Current Industry Standing: Candidate must currently be employed within a bank, microfinance bank, or licensed non-bank financial institution (NBFI).

Software Competency: Mandatory hands-on expertise in BankOne software alongside advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Core Skills: Advanced commercial acumen, quantitative financial modeling, variance analysis, executive presentation capabilities, and team management.
