Peakvista Management Services is a professional services firm providing talent, outsourcing and business advisory support to organisations across Nigeria. The HR Manager reports directly to the CEO and plays a central role in shaping the firm's people strategy.
Role OverviewThe HR Manager will lead talent acquisition, manage the end-to-end outsourcing lifecycle, drive policy development, and act as a strategic business partner to leadership. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to a seasoned HR professional with a professional services background.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through onboarding
- Manage the full outsourcing lifecycle for client engagements
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and leadership team
- Oversee talent management, retention and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with the Labour Act and the NDPA 2023
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience
- Professional services background is required
- CIPM certification is essential
- SHRM, CIPD or PHRi certification is an added advantage
- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and the outsourcing lifecycle
- Strong working knowledge of the Labour Act and NDPA 2023
₦750,000 – ₦1,000,000 gross monthly, based on experience
