Senior Management Consultant
About this role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant with 10–15 years of experience, including significant experience with a reputable global or leading indigenous consulting firm.
This is a commercial and leadership role for a seasoned consultant who can win work, lead complex engagements, grow client relationships, and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business development and convert consulting opportunities
- Lead proposals, pitches and C-suite client engagements
- Lead consulting projects from strategy through implementation
- Advise on strategy, transformation, organisational effectiveness, operating models, change and performance improvement
- Manage engagement quality, timelines, budgets and client satisfaction
- Lead, coach and mentor consulting teams
- 10–15 years' professional experience with strong management consulting exposure
- Proven track record of winning and delivering consulting engagements
- Strong business development and revenue-generation experience
- Excellent commercial judgement, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build trusted C-suite relationships
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; MBA/Master's or professional certifications are an advantage
