Data Analyst

Our client, a company in the construction sector (interior design and fittings), is looking for a highly analytical Data Analyst to transform business and operational data into actionable insights that support better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyze data from multiple business sources.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track business performance.
• Analyze sales, inventory, customer and operational data.
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities through data analysis.
• Prepare regular management reports and performance insights.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and business planning with data-driven insights.
• Monitor and validate data quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards where possible.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.
• 2–4 years' experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with retail, e-commerce or FMCG data is an advantage.
