Requirements- 2-4 years of professional experience
- Customer support experience, including ticketing tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Social media engagement and community management experience
- Content writing and simplification for a general audience
- Nigerian fintech domain knowledge (BVN, credit bureaus, digital lending)
- Credit report and scoring literacy
- Experience logging and escalating bugs and issues
- Startup or fast-paced tech environment experience
- Relatable writing tone for a Nigerian audience
- Digital marketing experience
