Funding Accounting Officer

ARM Holding Company Limited is seeking a Funding Accounting Officer to handle bank and asset reconciliation, portfolio valuation and financial reporting for funds under management.

• Perform daily bank reconciliation for institutional, proprietary, mutual and private funds
• Ensure accurate and timely portfolio valuation
• Conduct monthly portfolio reconciliation with third-party confirmations
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting for corporate actions
• Prepare monthly and quarterly SEC reports by the required deadlines
• Prepare and process fee invoices and payments

• B.Sc. in Accounting, preferably an Accounting graduate
• Strong financial accounting and reporting skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
