UI / UX Designer
About this role
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team at Finova. This is a hybrid role based in Balogun, Ikeja, Lagos (2 office days per week; work from home on other working days).
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid
- Office: 2 days per week
- Remote: work from home on other working days
Requirements
- Comfortable and proficient with Figma
- Has basic UX skills and can design clear user flows
- Able to design intuitive and user-friendly UI
- Can build and maintain a consistent design system
- Communicates clearly
- Takes feedback well and can make improvements based on feedback
- Pays strong attention to detail
- Must have 1-2 completed projects in their portfolio
Compensation
NGN 120,000 per month
