Business Relationship Manager (Kaduna)

Moniepoint Inc. is an all-in-one financial platform serving businesses and individuals with payments, banking, credit, cross-border, and business management tools.

The Business Relationship Manager grows the merchant footprint, builds customer relationships, and introduces financial solutions for local businesses. The role covers merchant acquisition, terminal deployment, and account retention in the assigned area.

• Identify, visit, and onboard prospective merchants through field engagement and referrals.
• Present Moniepoint products and recommend solutions for local business needs.
• Meet targets for merchant onboarding, terminal deployment, loan disbursements, and repayments.
• Complete merchant onboarding with accurate KYC documentation and operational compliance.
• Build merchant relationships that support account activity, transaction volume, and retention.
• Discuss pricing, terms, and agreements within established guidelines.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate complex operational needs when appropriate.
• Gather local market and competitor intelligence for field leadership.
• Maintain pipeline records and submit timely performance reports using CRM tools.

• Bachelor's degree, HND, or OND from a recognised tertiary institution.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on sales experience, preferably in banking, fintech, payments, or a similar commercial environment.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding field sales, merchant onboarding, or client acquisition targets.
• Understanding of the local financial services landscape and regional trading dynamics.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Practical experience with POS deployment, payment acquiring, or business loan products is useful.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for field tracking, pipeline management, and activity reporting is useful.
