Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field
- A recognised professional HR certification
- At least 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a progressive leadership role
- Experience in workforce planning, talent management, organisational development, employee relations and change management
- Experience in the oil and gas or industrial sector is an advantage
