Strategic Adviser to Management

The Strategic Adviser to Management serves as the Management's eyes, ears, and problem-solver across the business. This is a mid-level management executive role responsible for monitoring operations and performance across strategic departments, tracking progress towards goals and KPIs, and driving strategic initiatives to completion

The role works closely with Executive Management, HODs, Team Leads, and Line Managers across strategic units

• Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan
• Manage projects, tracking progress towards high-level strategic goals and KPIs
• Provide regular reports to Executive Management
• Prepare materials for board meetings and coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery
• Track and provide analytical reports on strategic initiatives, financial performance, and market developments
• Work closely with the CFO and Finance team on financial modelling
• Help develop decision-making models with inputs from various teams
• Work with departmental leaders to develop and implement strategies aligned with Group goals
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Analyse data and recommend improvements to processes, procedures, and systems
• Stay up to date with industry trends and apply them to drive innovation

• Speed of implementing strategic initiatives
• Productivity against established benchmarks
• Cost reduction achieved through strategic measures
• Percentage of projects completed within budget, timeline, and objectives
• Return on investment for projects led

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years in strategic or management consulting is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI tracking
• Strong experience developing models in Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with project management tools
• Knowledge of financial modelling and analysis
• Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, CFA) are a plus

You will work directly with Executive Management across the Group, with visibility into strategy, finance, and operations. This is a role for someone who can think broadly, work fast, and deliver with precision
