About this role
TheRem Consults Limited is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for a senior strategic leadership position. We are looking for an experienced investment/business executive who can lead an investment desk, evaluate opportunities, drive new company origination, oversee senior leadership teams and create long-term business value
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities- Lead and govern an investment desk
- Evaluate investment opportunities and drive company origination
- Build and oversee boards and executive teams
- Take responsibility for capital allocation and business performance
- Develop strong institutional and sector relationships
- Drive governance, strategy and long-term value creation
- Proven experience taking a company or asset from origination to operation
- Experience with capital allocation and investment decisions
- Senior executive leadership experience
- Strong sector relationships and commercial judgement
- Excellent writing, analytical and decision-making skills
- Probation (first 90 days): NGN 2,000,000 gross/month
- Upon confirmation: NGN 2,500,000 gross/month
- Confirmation Award: NGN 1,500,000, paid in two equal installments
- Plus performance-linked compensation, including quarterly performance awards, origination awards and long-term profit share
