Head, Performance Management

Heirs Insurance Group is hiring a strategic and commercially minded Head of Performance Management to lead the development and execution of the company's strategic objectives. The role drives enterprise-wide performance and delivers insights that support business decisions and growth

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this leadership position owns performance management frameworks across the organisation and partners with business units to translate strategy into measurable results

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the Company's strategic vision and business objectives
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable plans and drive alignment across business units
• Establish and monitor enterprise-wide KPIs and performance management frameworks
• Analyse business performance data to identify trends, opportunities and performance gaps
• Provide strategic insights and performance reports to the CEO and Executive Management
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, IT and other business functions
• Leverage business intelligence, dashboards and analytics to strengthen performance monitoring and decision-making
• Lead and develop a high-performing strategy and performance management team
• Champion a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related discipline
• MBA or relevant Master's highly desirable
• Minimum 10 years experience in strategy, performance management, business analysis or related leadership role
• Strong expertise in data analysis, business intelligence and performance management tools
• Proven track record translating strategy into measurable business results
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, leadership and stakeholder management
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving and communication skills
