VivaFemini Limited, a FemTech company advancing women's healthcare across Africa, is hiring a Head, Finance & Investments in Lagos (hybrid)
About the Role
VivaFemini seeks a strategic finance leader to oversee financial planning, fundraising, investments, and financial governance
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Secure funding through debt, equity, grants, and development finance
- Manage treasury, cash flow, capital allocation, and investment deployment
- Evaluate investment, expansion, and partnership opportunities
- Strengthen financial controls, risk management, and governance
- Lead the Finance team and advise executive leadership on financial decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Investment Management, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience, including 3 years in a senior finance or investment leadership role
- Proven track record in fundraising, financial modelling, capital management, and investment transactions
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills
- ACA, ACCA, CFA, MBA, or relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage
