Job Details
- Location: Abuja, Abuja Federal Capital Territory (The Living Room)
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
- Job Type: Full-time
- Shifts: Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience: Restaurant, hotel, or event-hosting background preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests warmly and respond to the occasion they are celebrating
- Guide guests to suitable tables and check that they are comfortable
- Manage the entrance and seating plan during busy service
- Hand guests over promptly to a waiter or waitress
- Follow up on guest concerns with servers and managers until resolved
Requirements
- Prior restaurant, hotel, or event-hosting experience
- Strong guest welcome and seating coordination skills
- Reliable waiter handoffs and guest concern follow-through
- Professional presentation
- Available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Based in Abuja (onsite at The Living Room)
