Job Details
- Location: Abuja, Abuja Federal Capital Territory (The Living Room)
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
- Job Type: Full-time
- Shifts: Rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Experience: At least 2 years in upscale dining or hotel service
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage the full sequence of service through farewell
- Explain dishes, ingredients and pairings, recommending options that suit each guest
- Notice guest needs early and respond with warmth and discretion
- Handle inquiries and resolve service mistakes promptly
- Work with teammates to maintain consistent service standards
Requirements
- At least 2 years in upscale dining or hotel service
- Full sequence of service capability
- Menu knowledge and guest recommendations
- Warm, attentive guest communication
- Available for rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Able to demonstrate positive guest outcomes from previous service roles
