Job Responsibilities
- Lead the site Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Assurance programme
- Ensure compliance with GMP/cGMP, NAFDAC and applicable regulatory requirements
- Drive audit readiness, investigations, CAPA, validation and continuous improvement
- Partner with cross-functional and regional teams to strengthen product quality and compliance
- Build and develop site Quality team capabilities
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline
- Several years of progressive QA/QC experience in manufacturing, including a GMP-regulated or similarly regulated environment
- Experience with Quality systems, audits/inspections, investigations and CAPA
- Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills
