Sisi HR is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for the company and its clients while supporting client acquisition and business growth

- Compensation: NGN 250,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes from job briefing and candidate sourcing to placement
- Develop sourcing strategies, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessments
- Work with clients to clarify hiring needs and recruitment expectations
- Maintain candidate databases and communicate with clients and applicants throughout the process
- Track recruitment metrics, placement rates and hiring timelines
- Identify prospective clients and promote recruitment and HR consulting services
- Prepare recruitment reports and ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an agency or HR consulting firm
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines
- Commercial awareness and interest in business development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools
