Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic room facilities
- Respond to guest requests and provide information about hotel services
- Handle and safeguard guests' belongings, reporting lost or damaged items
- Keep the entrance, lobby, and designated work areas neat and presentable
- Coordinate with other hotel departments and report safety or maintenance issues
- Follow hotel security procedures and maintain professional conduct
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry luggage safely
- Neat appearance, honesty, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
