Brand and Marketing Manager

WAVE is recruiting a Brand and Marketing Manager for a fashion and lifestyle brand. The successful candidate will strengthen brand identity, grow the customer base, and lead marketing initiatives that drive sales and customer loyalty

• Compensation: NGN 400,000 - 500,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand strategies, positioning, and consistent brand guidelines
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
• Manage marketing calendars across social media, email, websites, and other channels
• Oversee content creation, paid advertising, and online customer engagement
• Build partnerships with influencers, creators, media contacts, and complementary brands
• Coordinate brand activations, pop-ups, launches, and events
• Develop customer acquisition, retention, referral, and loyalty initiatives
• Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and prepare reports
• Coordinate creative teams, agencies, freelancers, and vendors to deliver campaigns effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• At least 4 years of brand or marketing experience, including campaign or project management
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, retail, or a related consumer-facing industry is preferred
• Demonstrable success in brand development, marketing campaigns, or customer and sales growth
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and customer behaviour
• Experience managing budgets, external partners, and multiple deadlines
• Excellent analytical, communication, creative, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with advertising platforms, analytics tools, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms
