Senior HR Generalist

A reputable Facility Management company in Lagos is seeking to hire a competent and experienced Senior HR Generalist with strong knowledge of payroll administration. The ideal candidate must be a well-rounded HR professional capable of handling all HR functions. Experience in the facility management industry will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and exit management
• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure statutory compliance (PAYE, Pension, NHIS, ITF, NSITF)
• Maintain and update HR records, HRIS and personnel files
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices
• Handle employee welfare, grievance, discipline and conflict resolution
• Coordinate training and development programs and drive L&D initiatives
• Manage employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 5-6 years proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Strong knowledge of payroll and Nigerian Labour Law
• CIPM certification is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS
