Team Lead, CREDIT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: NGN 350K
We are hiring an experienced Team Lead, Credit & Business Development to drive business growth while overseeing credit assessment, loan portfolio management, risk assessment, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead credit assessment, appraisal, and risk evaluation.
• Manage and grow the company's loan portfolio.
• Monitor repayments, delinquent accounts, and loan recovery.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition and business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, regulatory requirements, and risk standards.
• Prepare credit and business development reports for Management.
• Support audits and compliance reviews.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in credit, lending, business development, relationship management, or financial services.
• Strong credit analysis and risk assessment skills.
• Strong sales, business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
