Growth is a science. Your mission is to help Pennyvest acquire, activate, retain, and
grow customers through experimentation, data, and continuous optimisation.

You'll own
● User acquisition campaigns
● Growth experiments and A/B testing
● Referral programme
● Customer onboarding optimisation
● Conversion rate optimisation
● CRM and lifecycle automation
● Product analytics and reporting
● Customer retention initiatives
● Growth partnerships
● Performance dashboards

Success in your first 90 days
● Drive the first wave of funded Pennyvest users.
● Launch and optimize the referral programme.
● Improve activation rates across the onboarding journey.
● Build a repeatable customer acquisition process.
● Establish growth dashboards and key performance metrics.

Experience
● 3+ years in growth, performance marketing, digital marketing, or customer
acquisition.
● Experience building acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
● Strong understanding of analytics, conversion optimisation, and
experimentation.
● Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and referral
programmes.
● Startup or fintech experience is highly desirable.
