Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, social media, marketing campaigns, networking, and direct prospecting activities.
* Engage prospective clients, understand their property needs, and recommend suitable property options.
* Conduct property inspections and presentations for prospective buyers.
* Negotiate and close sales transactions while meeting assigned targets.
* Support property marketing activities through social media, referrals, field marketing, and promotional campaigns.
* Collaborate with the digital/content team by providing property information, photos, videos, and market feedback.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, inspections, and sales activities.
* Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
* Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports.
* Represent the company professionally during client engagements, events, and property viewings.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and approved sales procedures.
* Perform other sales, marketing, and business development duties as assigned.
