About this role
ADF Travels (recruiting on behalf of its sister company) is hiring an Architect for its team based in Surulere, Lagos State. This full-time architectural role involves building design, drafting technical drawings, structural planning, project coordination, and site problem-solving for development projects.
Key Responsibilities-
Architectural Design & Drafting: Conceptualize building plans, prepare architectural schematics, floor layouts, and technical construction drawings.

Project Coordination & Site Support: Collaborate with structural engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure design specifications are accurately translated during construction.

Problem-Solving & Site Inspections: Address structural design challenges on site, recommend adjustments, and conduct quality assurance checks.

Communication & Stakeholder Management: Present design concepts to management and clients, ensuring all technical requirements align with project goals.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Sc / B.Arch) or a related professional qualification.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in architectural design and drafting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or ArchiCAD).

Certifications & Attributes: ARCON / NIA professional registration is an added advantage; strong technical problem-solving, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills.
