Frontend Software Engineer

Escrow-Tech Nigeria Limited is recruiting a full-time Frontend Software Engineer to join the AfWS Eko Atlantic City Tier-III Data Centre project team in Lagos. In this role, you will build and optimize user-facing interfaces, with a heavy focus on high-performance data dashboards, monitoring tools, and real-time data visualisations. Working directly with the product team, you will translate high-fidelity UI designs into clean, responsive, and production-ready code.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Component Development: Build scalable, modular user interfaces and reusable UI components utilizing React.js, modern JavaScript, and CSS architectures.

• Data Visualisation & Dashboards: Engineer interactive dashboards, graphs, and monitoring interfaces to visualize complex technical datasets cleanly.

• API & Data Integration: Connect front-end interfaces to backend architectures by consuming standard RESTful web services and integrating real-time WebSocket communication feeds.

• Figma to Code Translation: Translate UI/UX designs and layouts from Figma into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces that perform consistently across varied device types.

Requirements Experience & Technical Skills

• Tenure: Minimum of 2–3 years of frontend software development experience working inside an active production environment.

• Core Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript practices (ES2020+).

• Data Architecture: Documented experience handling asynchronous data, parsing REST APIs, and managing streaming WebSocket connections.

• UI Delivery: Proven ability to build visual telemetry charts and transform web layouts into highly responsive web code.

Education & Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related computing discipline.
