ExCare Health Services Limited, an innovative primary healthcare provider that has transitioned from a retail pharmacy group into a multi-faceted healthcare hub spanning five retail pharmacies, two diagnostic laboratories, and an NPHCDA-approved immunization center, is recruiting a full-time Admin Officer. Based at the operational hub in Ifo, Ogun State, this cross-functional position sits within the Operations and Administration Department.
The Admin Officer will play a defining role in maintaining structural excellence across all active clinics, laboratories, and retail branches. Blending day-to-day administrative coordination with hands-on facility management, this professional ensures that medical spaces remain safe, clean, fully functional, and strictly compliant with national healthcare facility standards. It is an ideal role for an organized administrator who thrives in structured, multi-branch operational environments.
Key Responsibilities-
Multi-Branch Facility Auditing: Monitor and maintain physical facility conditions across all active retail pharmacy and laboratory sites to guarantee clean, functional, and hazard-free patient spaces.

Support Staff Supervision: Coordinate, schedule, and log attendance for on-site support teams, including corporate security guards, janitorial crews, and office assistants.

Vendor & Contractor Management: Serve as the central link for external service providers, ensuring facility maintenance contractors, heavy utility engineers, and cleaning companies execute tasks on time.

Procurement & Asset Inventory: Track, audit, and restock general office materials and infrastructure supplies to prevent disruptions to daily healthcare delivery.

Corporate Meeting Secretariat: Coordinate and organize weekly management updates and general staff boards, including documenting minutes and tracking execution timelines for action points.

HSE Compliance & Safety Monitoring: Enforce internal workplace safety regulations, monitor building security codes, and align facilities with healthcare regulatory benchmarks.

HR & Welfare Support Logistics: Coordinate on-site onboarding parameters, run interview logistics for new prospective branch hires, and assist with general staff welfare administration.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Facility Management, Public Administration, or an analytical business discipline.

Experience Baseline: Between 2 to 4 years of proven corporate experience handling administrative workflows or branch facility operations, preferably inside a medical, retail, or distributed multi-branch setting.

Vendor & Team Coordination: Demonstrated history managing third-party vendor contracts, tracking logistics budgets, and leading support staff teams.

Documentation & Technical Skills: Fluent command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Solid communication skills with a track record of producing high-quality business logs, facility status sheets, and executive minutes.

Core Disposition: High attention to structural detail, acute problem-solving instincts, financial accountability, and the physical stamina required to manage multi-site properties.
