Ruth and Roots, a renowned alternative healthcare company focused on providing wellness remedies through herbal medicine, nutrition, and non-surgical procedures, is recruiting a Lead Generation Specialist to join its team in Ilupeju, Lagos. With a diverse international customer base stretching across Nigeria, North America, Europe, and Asia, the company seeks a customer-focused, direct-response marketer to manage client acquisition campaigns and optimize digital conversion funnels.
Key Responsibilities-
Client Acquisition: Develop, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on generating highly qualified sales leads and customer conversions.

Funnel Optimization: Analyze and refine the complete customer journey from initial touchpoint through to final conversion to maximize advertising ROI.

Content & Copywriting: Produce high-converting marketing assets, including landing pages, automated email sequences, persuasive ad copy, and social media content.

Market Research: Identify emerging target demographics, monitor industry trends, and discover new growth opportunities within the wellness sector.

Budget Management: Take ownership of campaign spend, tracking key performance metrics to ensure efficient cost-per-lead (CPL) ratios.

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles explicitly focused on lead generation, user acquisition, or direct sales.

Digital Campaign Expertise: Proven experience running paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads) or executing high-yield organic/SEO strategies.

Writing Skills: Strong copywriting ability with a track record of crafting persuasive, action-oriented content.

Core Competencies: Self-starter attitude, ability to work autonomously, project ownership mindset, and excellent market research skills.
