About this role
KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation, an international non-profit center of expertise dedicated to global TB control, innovative health strategies, and stopping the spread of drug-resistant tuberculosis, is recruiting a detail-oriented PDX Data Clerk. Reporting directly to the M&E Officer, this Lagos-based contract position requires a candidate dedicated to ensuring high-quality, secure, and precise medical data entry, laboratory result tracking, and data cleaning across various public health databases.
Key Responsibilities-
Data Entry & Validation: Ensure the timely, accurate, and complete entry of public health project data into designated reporting platforms; conduct daily data cleaning and quality control checks.

Filing & Tracking Systems: Maintain systematic, secure physical and electronic filing for all project documents, implementing tracking systems to eliminate data loss or duplication.

Query Resolution: Collaborate with program stakeholders to resolve database discrepancies, retrieving and verifying diagnostic results directly from molecular testing platforms.

Confidentiality: Strictly adhere to ethical guidelines and data protection policies, ensuring all patient-identifiable details are kept secure.

Reporting & Administration: Support the monitoring and evaluation team in compiling donor-required reports within scheduled timelines.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. / B.A.) in Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, with practical knowledge and experience using the Kobo-Collect tool.

Experience: Prior experience working with public health programs, research projects, or within a hospital environment is a distinct advantage.
