This full-time, remote-friendly role requires a strategic UX/UI leader who can translate complex financial and transaction systems into seamless, accessible, and intuitive digital interfaces for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities-
Design Strategy & Execution: Define and execute robust product design strategies that balance business objectives with optimal user experiences. Oversee the entire design lifecycle from discovery to final high-fidelity UI assets.

User Research & Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth user interviews, heuristic evaluations, usability testing, and A/B experiments. Utilize data analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar) to continuously refine product performance.

System Scalability: Build, maintain, and scale highly organized UI kits and component libraries in Figma using atomic design principles, auto-layouts, tokens, and advanced interactive prototypes.

Inclusive Design (A11y): Champion accessibility guidelines and inclusive design frameworks to ensure fintech tools are highly usable for a diverse range of merchant demographics.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Product Managers, Engineers, and business leads to ensure technical feasibility, smooth handoffs, and precise implementation of design assets.

Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor junior product designers, fostering a highly collaborative environment of design excellence and feedback.

Experience:
-
3 or more years of proven experience in a Senior Product Design, UX/UI lead, or equivalent role.

Direct, verifiable experience designing in fintech and/or complex SaaS business environments is required.

Technical Mastery:

Advanced command of Figma (auto-layouts, component variants, complex prototyping, and library management).

In-depth understanding of responsive design across web, Android, and iOS platforms.

Proficiency with motion design and micro-interaction tools (e.g., Lottie, After Effects, Principle).

Familiarity with UX analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.).

Core Competencies: Deep knowledge of behavioral psychology, information architecture, typography, grid layouts, and color theory. Exceptional communication skills to defend design choices to executives and stakeholders.
