Business Development Director

Trust Wallet, the leading non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet serving over 200 million users worldwide, is recruiting a remote Business Development Director. In this strategic executive role, you will lead Trust Wallet's partnership ecosystem, spearheading high-impact alliances across fintech, Web3 protocols, dApps, and venture capital networks to drive global user acquisition and business growth.

• Strategic Partnerships & Deal Execution: Manage the complete partnership lifecycle—from deal sourcing and negotiation to contract execution and long-term ecosystem integration across Web3 protocols, dApps, liquidity providers, and fintechs.

• BD Strategy & Market Intelligence: Formulate and execute a data-driven business development strategy; analyze competitor moves, regulatory shifts, and emerging crypto trends to report actionable insights directly to the CEO.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Translate partner feedback into product requirements by collaborating closely with product engineering, marketing, content, and developer relations teams.

• Team Leadership & Process Optimization: Mentor and scale the BD team, streamline partnership operations, set performance KPIs, and foster a goal-oriented team culture.

• Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven business development or strategic partnerships experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or hyper-growth technology sectors.

• Language Requirement: Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is strictly required to coordinate effectively with overseas partners and global internal stakeholders.

• Track Record: Demonstrated history of structuring, negotiating, and closing high-value commercial deals that directly drive revenue and user growth.

• Established professional network within the Web3 ecosystem (dApps, Layer 1/2 protocols, liquidity providers, Web3 VCs, and developer communities).

• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, self-custodial wallets, decentralized finance (DeFi), and tokenomics.

• Exceptional strategic communication, high-stakes negotiation, and presentation skills.
