Product Manager

Quidax, an African-focused cryptocurrency exchange providing infrastructure for buying, selling, and transferring crypto and stablecoins using local currencies, is recruiting a remote Product Manager, APIs (Mid-Level / Senior). In this key role, you will own Quidax's B2B API platform, enabling fintechs and global businesses to embed crypto wallets, liquidity, and cross-border payments into their applications.

• API Product Ownership & Strategy: Own the complete B2B merchant platform roadmap, defining what features to build, kill, or refine while setting sustainable pricing and commercial packaging models.

• Developer Experience (DX) & Onboarding: Streamline merchant integration by shortening time-to-first-transaction through developer-friendly documentation, interactive sandboxes, and self-serve onboarding.

• Agile Execution & Reliability: Partner closely with Engineering to manage sprint delivery while maintaining strict standards for platform uptime, data security, and transaction reliability.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Commercial, Legal & Compliance, and Solutions teams to balance high-speed feature delivery with stringent regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

• Product Experience: Minimum of 5+ years building and scaling digital products within fintech, crypto, payments, or B2B enterprise software.

• API / Platform Ownership: Proven experience owning an API, developer platform, or infrastructure product (designing specifically for developer personas and technical integration flows).

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Track record of using quantitative metrics (adoption, volume flow, error rates) alongside customer feedback to prioritize roadmaps.

• Agile & Team Leadership: Experience running agile delivery processes alongside software engineering, commercial, and legal teams.

• Hands-on familiarity with crypto custody, liquidity mechanisms, stablecoin rails, or fiat on/off ramps.

• Strong understanding of financial compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks within payments or digital assets.

• Prior experience building fintech or crypto products tailored to African, LATAM, or Asian emerging markets.
