About this role
Trust Wallet, the world's leading self-custodial multi-chain cryptocurrency wallet serving over 200 million users, is recruiting a remote Senior Frontend Engineer (Web3 - Trading). Based in Nigeria (or globally remote), this senior engineering role focuses on owning end-to-end mobile application feature development, optimizing trading UI performance, and integrating decentralized Web3 protocols.
Key Responsibilities-
End-to-End Application Development: Own feature development from concept to deployment for Trust Wallet's mobile applications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend/smart contract engineers to ship seamless trading experiences.

Architecture & Discussion: Drive technical architecture discussions, propose system performance improvements, and optimize web/mobile app speed and responsiveness.

Code Standards & Testing: Maintain rigorous code quality standards, perform peer code reviews, and build resilient frontend test suites.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Frontend Experience: Minimum of 5 years building production-grade frontend applications.

Tech Stack Mastery: Advanced proficiency in React, React Native, TypeScript, and modern CSS/styling frameworks.

Soft Skills: Excellent English communication skills with high self-motivation for working in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote-first environment.

Active Web3 User: Hands-on experience using crypto wallets, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and Web3 protocols.

Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with core Web3 concepts (wallet connection, cryptographic transaction signing, RPC nodes, smart contract interactions).

Professional Web3 Experience: Previous experience building decentralized applications (dApps) or crypto trading interfaces.
