Executive Driver

Hoganguards Limited, a security organization operating since 1981, is recruiting a full-time Executive Driver. Based in Lagos, this role involves providing safe, reliable, and confidential transportation for the company's top management, maintaining assigned vehicles, and navigating road networks efficiently.

• Executive Transportation: Safely convey C-suite executives and top management to official meetings, appointments, and assigned events across Lagos and beyond.

• Route Planning & Logistics: Plan optimal travel routes to bypass traffic congestion and ensure prompt arrivals.

• Vehicle Maintenance & Care: Keep assigned executive vehicles clean, fueled, and roadworthy; conduct daily pre-trip inspections and schedule routine servicing/repairs.

• Safety & Confidentiality: Strictly observe traffic laws and road safety rules while ensuring full passenger safety, comfort, and strict discretion regarding confidential corporate discussions.

• Executive Support: Provide general assistance or concierge support to management as needed, remaining flexible for weekend duty or extended hours.

• Qualification: OND, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• Licence: Valid Nigerian driver's licence with a clean driving record.

• Years of Experience: 4 to 6 years of professional corporate or executive driving experience in Nigeria.

• Route Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with Lagos metropolis road networks, traffic patterns, and major interstate highways.

• Good communication skills with functional English literacy (reading, writing, speaking).

• Excellent physical fitness, keen vision, and clean health record.

• Polite, calm, discreet, and well-groomed personal appearance.

• Ability to clear company background checks, security vetting, and medical screenings.
